We bought this home at a foreclosure sale. It's in nice neighborhood and has a great lot. The problem is the rooms are too small and right by each other. We would like to add a master bedroom & bath. It has 1600 sq. ft. w/ 3 beds and 2 baths. There is a 300 sq. ft. sunroom on the back of house so we don't want to add on to back and mess up our view. The garage is on the left.
We had someone come out and help think about remodel and adding on. Their opinion was the house would look funny with an addition. We are remodeling the kitchen, putting in hardwood, and remodeling 2 bathrooms.
To be honest, we may not be able to afford the exterior work ( right now) but we want to know our options.
The last pic. is what I thought we could do but instead of the garage being on the end . The master would be there instead.
Any help would be appreciated and I can answer any questions.
