I know you can edit it. To do this, go to the person/company you reviewed, and click on your review to edit. But to remove it completely, you may have to find a Houzz person to walk you through it, or to do it for you.

It would have to be done by Houzz if you want it removed.

I don't know how to get Houzz to remove a review I posted. There is no clearly identified way to do this or to contact Houzz about it.

I wouldn't remove a negative review, I'd add to it. A poor review with a satisfactory resolution is valuable to the contractor.

You should be able to edit or delete a review that you, yourself posted. This is ridiculous, Houzz! NOT cool, not OK!

Why is it extremely difficult to reach a Houzz representative to address an issue? We have a review that was left by a contractor that we let go (for a good reason) he is pretending to be a customer. Any suggestions?

It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone from HOUZZ. A red flag for any type of public-facing business!
