Need to update flooring, paint, and small bathroom on tight budget. All woodwork (trim, door) is medium oak, including the single sink vanity. Hope to keep brushed nickle light fixture/faucets and keep toilet and shower/tub. Prefer look of white/blue/grey, but struggling with existing woodwork. No storage, so need vanity to have some space. Not sure what flooring is best. Keeping in mind, possible resale value.
