Why not? You could have it fabricated with a design using copper or another Cambria color. They could cut it with a water jet and inset the design.

Do you have a picture of where this has been done. I've no imagination.

You can have your fabricator make you tiles from the Cambria to use as accents with another tile at the backsplash to tie it together. I've done this with 6"x 6" tiles on a diagonal. Just cut off an inch of the corners where the tiles meet and put in a piece of 1" x 1" Cambria machined to the same thickness as your tile. Additives can be added to the grout when mixed to make it stain resistant. If want stainproof grout use epoxy grout but make sure whoever does it has used it before, it's not for the faint of heart.
