My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Living room rug

We moved in to a new home and I'm hoping for my living room to be sleek, elegant, upscale, contemporary but have touches of Old Hollywood glamour. The room is coming together but the rug is just a placeholder (and an eyesore). I am hoping for something to tie it all together - was thinking of a cow hide rug. But open to other ideas.
