The backsplash is indeed a white subway tile, but it is a handmade tile with a subtle texture on its face to reflect shadows and light. You can get a similar look with machine-made tiles, though they won't have the texture that these, more expensive tiles have.

The cabinetry is White Dove milkpaint by Premier Custom Built Cabinets in PA. The interior designer worked with the homeowners on their other selections to create a cohesive look.

Is that White Dove as in the Benjamin Moore color? We are looking to repaint our cabinets with chalk paint (for ease of a DIY project) and would love a similar creamy white.

Are the subway tiles a bright white or are they more of an ivory color? Since the white dove is a creamy white.
