My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The Elan Meridian LED Island Pendant in Chrome 83386 LED has a color temperature of 3000K - 3200K which will be a warm colored LED.

    Can the bulbs be replaces easily? Is it dimmable? I'm sorry but I know nothing about LED's but love this light

    The Elan Meridian LED Island Pendant 83386 LEDs are integrated and cannot be replaced. Yes this fixture is dimmable using an Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) dimmer. Elan Lighting recommends the following dimmers: Legrand adorne sofTap Dimmer ADTP703TUM4 or Leviton Decora SureSlide Dimmer 6615-POW.
