Help with Exterior Design

I am having trouble deciding what to do on the exterior of our home. Due to subdivision restrictions we must have at least 30% brick or stone. I can't decide where to put the brick? Under porch?(porch roof will be Metal) around garage? White windows, dark Windows? Plan on using cement board siding... What color? Attached is pic of our plan and some looks I like... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
