    These forms were simply 2x6 boards.

    Was there an integral color put in the concrete? If so, what? Thanks !

    Hello and thank you for your question. The fireplace (and floor) concrete were poured with standard, non-integrally colored concrete. That is what you see on the fireplace in the photo. The floor had a hardener and stain process applied in conjunction with the sealer and subsequent polishing.
