You can do white beveled subway with a chairrail or pencil on top.. Or a white marble like thassos.
Or if you want to go crazy bring the granite all the way up to the cabinets.

My mom just installed brown fantasy and she just did a 4in backsplash of granite and full granite backsplash behind the cooktop.
It looks really good.. Here paint is a gray/green so it plays well with the granite.

White glass could add a nice element.

We did a 4" x 12" milk chocolate subway tile with our Fantasy Brown. We love it!!

What did you end up doing for your backsplash? Would love to see finished project. We did 3" x 6" glass subway in Smoke.
