Help me pick my backsplash

Which backsplash do you think would work best with ny granite 1x2 glass subway tile, 3x6 ceramic subway tile, or 3x6 glass subway tile?

I like the one on the far right. Is that the glass tile? I like it for it's size (in contrast to the busier detail in the counter top) and the shine contrasts nicely with the matte of the cabinet doors

Thank you! Yes, there are two 3x6 glass tiles next to each other. My goal is to let the granite shine and to pick a backsplash that doesn't compete with it. I also want a timeless look. Thanks for your input.

I'm torn between the middle and far right. I like both. the glass one will give a lot more light reflection which is nice if you need more light. it will also show every water spot and such so lots of maintenance. the middle is classic and will fade into the background allowing your cabinets and counter to stand out bur can be considered a bit plain.

The middle, the small tiles I prefer as an accent or border not for the entire backsplash it really ends up looking too busy.

I like all your choices, but I feel like so many people are doing the standard subway tiles, lately. Love the small tiles and do not think they will look too busy, since they are all the same color. Smaller tiles only look busy when they have lots of different/varying colors.

Found this picture that might help. I believe the tiles in the picture are a mother of pearl 1 X2 tile. Personally, I think these would really complement your granite counters.

For me, the one in the middle...no question. The far left sample would be too much pattern with the granite,

The larger glass one does look like a nice match and would be my second choice. It's a little hard to tell for sure, but I still think the middle one would work. In the photo it just looks like a lighter shade than your cabinets, at least on my screen.

I know we all have different opinions. I think the small tiles are too busy for the granite, even though they're one color. Let the granite be the focus. There's a lot of pattern in it, and your kitchen won't look plain with either one of the 3x6 subway tiles.

I feel like subway tile is classic and won't date as much as the glass - I also think it makes your granite look great! ...Go with whatever you like...my fav is the subway tile (herringbone pattern perhaps?)...or else the larger glass ones.

I do like the larger glass you picked, but I also like the classic subway. Personally I would go Subway if it were me. A- its timless and classic, B- easy maintenance, C- the slight variation in color is nice to break up the space, D- it just feels warm and cozier to me.

I would select a backsplash that is closer to the golden or smokey color of the granite.

To me, your selections are all too white for your granite.
