Conestoga or Barker.

I suggest that you read the reviews written by owners of the lines you consider. Some of them are okay. Find a local dealer for Wolf or a comparable line. They will probably save you time and heartache.

I would only consider IKEA cabinets

Barker Cabinets has customizable sizing in 1/4 inch increments. That made them more appealing to me than Ikea. Putting them together was easy, and they were packed so carefully for shipping. The hardware is Blum, soft close. The boxes are sturdy. The only downside is that it takes longer to get them than Ikea since they are built only after you order.

Conestoga is gold standard of RTA cabinets. Customizable to 1/16" any direction. Huge selection of styles, cabinet types, and full, inset or standard overlay. Choice of plywood or particleboard.

Comparable in quality to Shuler at Lowe's. We spent $13,000 but saved about $10,000 over Schuler. Took total of 20 hours to assemble, including attaching doors and hardware.

Thecabinetjoint.com is a great place to research and buy Conestoga cabinets. You can look at videos showing how to assemble and install. You can download PDFs showing base, upper and tall cabinets (and the ranges for height, width and depth). Also PDFs showing door styles, finishes, accessories, etc. Although we spent $13,000, we had two 34" wide pantries with 5 ROTs each, 4 30" drawer bases, a 40" fridge surround, finish panels for top and bottom of uppers, galley rail, light rail, toe kick, etc. Total of 18 cabinets. We chose all plywood construction, and Blumotion soft close full extension drawer glides

Conestoga has extras like wood range hoods, corbels, moldings, fluted columns, furniture ends (fake doors), etc. Here is a pic of a home office built using Conestoga (not mine).

IKEA is less expensive, easier to install especially for uppers. Boxes are made of particleboard with no option to upgrade to plywood. Assembled with cam locks. Preset sizes.

Conestoga costs more than IKEA, less expensive than American Woodmark or Shenandoah but much better than those two. Cabinets are assembled using glue and finish nails/nail gun. Sliding dovetail joints. Twin I-beam construction on base cabinets instead of plastic corners.Choice of plywood or particleboard. Fully customizable. Many wood species. From placing order until arrival was under 5 weeks.We were able to customize size of pantry to fit in former double closet. Vertical spacing between ROTs can be changed WITHOUT TOOLS.
