Need baby room help--modern design

Hello. I've started our first born nursery but am stuck. We don't know the sex and chose the color scheme shown and did a faux wall (triangle one) combined with a forest theme with leaves on ceiling and a mobile. Separately it looks ok but together just looks like a design error. Help with how to complete this ultimate project--4 weeks to go. Thank you!

This room looks cute!

I think what's throwing me off is the leaves on the ceiling.

The idea itself is not a bad idea- but maybe using leaves in different colors that go with everything else? Instead of the green and realistic looking leaves, try leaves in the orange, yellow, or the dark teal color you've picked to have everything go together?

Other than that I think everything else looks great!

I would just get rid of the leaves altogether. They seem like over-kill. Otherwise, you have done a great job on this darling nursery!
