I have 1932 1/2 basement that needs HELP....

Everything is original including the gravity furnace & ducting. Want to clean it up, use as extra space for storage and wine collection.
Floors and walls are original cement. Two small openings that are screened. Inside staircase with access from kitchen Would love feed-back

Been doing this long enough to know that the first question to ask before improving a basement is...are there any moisture issues?
