My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Talk about customer service...

I ordered 9 yards of fabric from Thousands of Bolts for backing. I was sent the wrong fabric. I emailed them through their "Contact Us" tab, and the correct fabric is being sent out on the same work day. And, get this, the "wrong" fabric is mine to keep. They said it would cost more to get it back into inventory than it was worth. It's kind of a crazy big floral pattern, but I bet I can make a fun girl's quilt out of it. This was sure a surprise. Eighteen yards of quality fabric for $50 dollars.
