My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Floor plan

I struggle with furniture placement in a room like this. I like this arrangement. Why place chairs facing away from fireplace though? I feel tied to having to have them face the fireplace and it is making the arrangement difficult.

    I can understand your concern, but rest assured that this is actually a very common arrangement at a fireplace because it creates invitation into the room and allows for easy socializing. Hope that helps!

    We did the space plan for this room.

    I hate walking into rooms and having every single chair face the tv if it can be avoided

    We tried to create conversation areas with the furniture. Adding swivel chair or light enough to move for flexibility
