Some artists charge for time and materials. Want do you think you should be paid per hour? I think I would charge about $30 depending on the complexity of the piece. How much time did you on it, and how much for materials?

Prob about 80 in materials. Spent around 4 hrs on it I'm guessing?

yeah thats weird lol. i think 200 is fair. its not a complex piece but it is original {not a print} and it is sizable...might have to tack on another 30 to help cover shipping. hopefully it sells :/

I think I have seen poster frames. Very simple, but seems to work. Arrows and Indians, maybe?

Thin gold frame, maybe wood, but plain. No matte.

If you are not a fan of the color of the appliances, you could always opt in for the faux stainless steel film just rolls on like a sticker. They also make faux granite countertop stickers as well. Found them on Amazon, they are cheaper then one would expect.

I'm with Stryker. For your kitchen, I would go with a simple 1/4 inch brushed gold metal frame. Plexiglass costs more than glass, and can scratch if not cared for, but is lighter and won't break. If the poster is a standard size you can probably get a kit and frame it yourself.

Julia's right. You can frame this yourself. My husband and I framed some movie poster and it's not difficult. Get some foam core, spray adhesive, a brayer and a frame. Follow the directions on the adhesive-I think I had to wait a couple of minutes after I sprayed the foam core. Start at one end and line up board and poster then slowly unroll the poster using the brayer to press it onto the foam core. It helps if you have an extra set of hands. This should only take a few minutes and should cost less than $50.

I've been thinking you need measuring spoons like my DIL designed and gave me for Christmas. She designs for a home goods company, and I think these were in their most recent trade show, available to retailers. You must really be "on point" decorating with your arrow motif! Although maybe not appearing so much in the photo, they are gold.

Was just in Home Goods today. Saw a cow one that looked amazingly like your goat. Also horses. Would have gone to investigate further, but OH was in tow, and the quest was for sheets.

Put a blur order (stripe of paint or strips of blue wallpaper at the very top of walls where they meet the ceiling. Eyes will be drawn to the blues, matching your attractive art, offsetting all that stark white. Make the border a good foot on width.

You don't want to put a lot of money into a kitchen you may leave in a couple of years. I vote for a wipeable wall paper from the counter to the cabinets, and up to the window. Your art is modern...find a wallpaper which includes the blue in the art and the yellow of the walls, in a modern motif. You can spend money on new knobs, but keep the old ones to put back in when you move.
