My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love this house and drive past it every day since I live in Lynnfield. Love the black framed Windows on the exterior. But I noticed they are white on the interior. Is there one side that is painted? We have a colonial as well and will definitely consider Cummings architects for some work one day since we have similar style! This is my favorite house in town!

    To stay true to the age of the home we chose wood windows so both sides are painted. They can be changed to any color.
