My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Diane,

    Every project is different because there are different aspects to every job ie: size, hardscape, retaining walls etc. This particular project included sod, soil, clearing out as it was literally a brush filled forest, custom bridges, a dry creek bed, 3 boulder walls, a patio and a fire pit. This job is in the range of $60k to $70k. If you are interested in a project at your house, we are happy to have you meet with one of our designers and provide you with an estimate.
