My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That's a simple roman shade with tapes on the side. Anyone who does window treatments;Budget Blinds, Calico Corner, your local seamstress, etc. can make one. Be aware that safety standards have changed on these and we now use a lift system that's very similar to roller shades--no more strings!
