Waxed concrete floors

How does one wax freshly poured concrete floors for an art studio? Would like to keep an industrial look and feel comfortable spilling paint etc. ! Should the concrete get sealed with something? If left raw, is there dust constantly?

If left raw, it will always be dusty ( tried that in my last office) in my current office we polished the floors a couple months after they were poured and applied two coats of a water based epoxy.

Wax is the least protective surface possible for a floor. Water--and water vapor from under the slab will cause it to have a whitish haze. Fresh concrete needs time to dry out. At least 30 days. 60 is better. The slab should have been poured with a vapor barrier and insulation under the slab. Have it ground, and apply an industrial epoxy. Especially if you will be doing oils or some type of grinding metal, welding, etc.
