Is West Palm Beach in South Florida? If so I suppose we're in the same area as I live just off the coast of that city; it has been very rainy here too although I tend to be lazy with watering my potted plants so I'm not complaining too much. Hopefully there will be enough dryness between the rest of December and January to induce the crop including that of mangoes. Speaking of which I wonder if fertilizing mangoes promotes flowering/fruiting? My tree is a bit starved and had a heavy load this year and I don't want it to skip this year because of lack of nutrients but I didn't get around to fertilizing it. Better late than never?

Yup WPB is South Florida. I guess you can say everything south of SR80 is So. Fla. Geographically if you were to divide the state in half, everything south of around lake Wales is south Florida. When we divide the State, like the Carolinas, and Dakotas, we'll know more :-)

You should have fertilized after the harvest.

I'm not in So Flo but I am in Central. I last fertilized (time released) about mid October. Im still getting fresh green on my 2 year plant
