We are renovating a bathroom in the USA, and had planned on replacing our floor mounted toilet with aftermarket Washlet with a wall mounted solution. We have considered adding a Duravit Sensowash unit to a Duravit Starck wall hung, but the original Sensowash Starck seems to have significant quality (and in my opinion aesthetic) issues, and the new Sensowash Slim, while very sleek and good looking, has no heated toilet seat -- and I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I don't want to forego this feature.

Unfortunately, Toto does not sell their Wall Mounted Neorest EW in the US at this time, and I'm afraid to import one from Europe due to possible electric issues and cost. The choices that I've come up with are either a Toto Acquia wall hung with a Toto S350e Washlet seat, or foregoing the wall mount entirely and going with a Toto Neorest 700h.

People with the Acquia seem to be quite down on its flushing capabilities, but I'm also concerned with the aesthetics of this combination, but can't find any pictures on the internet. Has anybody implemented or seen this combination, or able to comment on its functionality?

People with the Neorest 700h generally seem happy with it, but I will be a bit disappointed to wind up with another floor mounted toilet and pass up the opportunity for a wall hung unit.
