My beautiful soapstone countertops need help. I admit I haven't waxed them for awhile, but the problem is a mineral buildup around the faucets and also rings and marks from water that I cannot remove. I know soapstone does not absorb things, but somehow there are marks that I cannot remove. They are not scratches nor the result of something sitting there for a long time. I want to clean before I rewax. Help!
