My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Can I get a fabric swatch of both color options? Is the background white or cream and the gray looks quite dark and the gold looks quite brown in the picture. If I proceeded, I would need 4 of these chairs. Does this style come in leather or any other fabric choice?
