I am working on my 1950's home, and would like advice on the Marvin double hung windows in the newly rebuilt sunroom. I would like to use stain around the windows but paint on the trim. Suggestions on how this can be done? The floor is a concrete copper painted quilt pattern (memory of grandmother).

We would suggest you keep looking at examples online to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and like. It looks like you are already taking a lot of the correct steps!
