We have cherry raised panel cabinetry in our kitchen. One of the door is warped. We have the matching doors in the living room that we are changing. I am wondering if it is possible to use living room doors to replace the warped door in the kitchen. In terms of wood, there would more than enough to make one, but the kitchen door is 4 inches longer, so they will need to join two pieces.

Is this doable? I have heard that it is hard to match the old cherry color otherwise.
