Is it for a kitchen?

yes, it is.

Not sure what size table it would be used for but these are two of my go to chandeliers that seem to be timeless and go well with most transitional style kitchens....post more pictures of your space so I can understand your design and what would work best!

Both are nice. I am transitioning to a new style. We are on Florida and I thought something in a wood trim would be nice. Also like the shabby chic look.

The pendant you have chosen is transitional/somewhat rustic I guess you could call it that Pottery barn look....so it really would not work with shabby chic...can you change your choice on pendant...it is best to know what look you are trying to achieve before you pick your lighting.

good point

A dark bronze or black iron chandelier would work best with this pendant. Keeping the same metal finish on the chandelier will allow for more options.
