Thanks! I saw some last week in a granite bundle but it looked much more creamy and less gray and the size was fairly small so I figured there would be a lot of seams in my counter with that material. Does it always come mined in smaller slabs?

It could be Classico White Quartz. If so, it is mined in fairly standard-sized slabs.
