Since you have rather formal furniture, I would go for three nicely framed pictures/family photographs, of equal size, to hang on the blank wall. If the depth of the room allows for it, you could also add a very slim long console table under the pictures, to balance them out. I would also add curtains and a tall light fixture to this room.

Don't like the placement of your sideboard in front of the shutters and doors? I think it would look better in your dining area. I hope there is room. Then I would place art that picks up the green and ocher on your table.
