My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes it is Marmoleum. Pretty sure the color is Volcanic Ash - but don't quote me on that. Its best to visit your local flooring store where you can see the colors in person, or you can order samples online @ Forbo.com
