My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Just saw this as I browsed the Antiques section on CL in my area. Couldn't resist sharing it (click on the description below).

$111 OR Best Offer. I just want some change in my pocket and this GONE! Good condition, barely slept on. Great for Guests, will instruct on Assembly. Manageable once you get the hang of it. You pick up.
