This is an amazing transformation! Very well done! The only thing that always bothers me however, is when I see only downlights by the vanity area. How about some sconces at eye level? Sorry I just had to say something. Truly amazing, but better lighting would bring it home.

Very new elegant look, it is a great transformation. Love the look over vanity with the wood. Lights seem to be fine, I think eye level lights glare your look. Maybe a lower light for make-up applying needs, for the significant other.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. The vanity is by Kohler, Jute in Corduroy. The downlights actually work pretty well. They have chrome trim and their height in the soffit is set to bounce direct light off of the mirrors. I also uploaded a more current photo of the space now that the hardware has been added to the room.

This is a great example of an MCM update! Classy, understated, but still a very pretty room!
