My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the hardwood

I believe it is white oak. Can you tell me the type and brand name please? Thank you!

    We purchased through our hardwood floor installer, he purchased from his distributor in Huntsville, AL. It is natural white oak, lightly sanded to keep it's character then stained with a natural stain the sealed with a satin top coat.
