Hi Marianne - Thank you very much for your kind words about the mosaic design in our personal home in Mexico. The yellow rocks were actually hand selected from along a riverbed by our contractor. The black stone pieces were left over pieces from the slate floors in our home. The caracole design pattern represents the circuitous journey of our lives. We are glad you like it.
