See photo. Heavily textured stucco, people refer to it as chocolate frosting. Ewwww. Our plan is to remove the exterior arched wall, and to rip off the stucco and put up siding. We will change out the three large windows to white double hung white windows, see attached photo. Front left window would be three sections, each double hung. Will replace garage with door similar to the last inspiration photo. Would also like to add black shutters to all the windows? We have already replaced the front door.

The roof is an issue. We will eventually replace the roof with black or dark grey composition shingles. For now, it's staying. Advice on type of siding and color please? James Hardie possibly, not sure if we should go vertical, horizontal, or shingle. I love greige, grey and white. I've attached photos of the remodeled inside. I want the inside to match the outside! Debating stone as well, where would we add it?? Possibly sides of garage?

Current Exterior - we will also redo the landscaping but for now we let the lawn die because of the California drought, and we knew we were going to remodel the exterior.

Already replaced the front door, will paint the sidelights white and have white trim. See chocolate frosting. Need to replace this post, make it more prominent. Stone?? Replace entry patio with some type of pavers. New exterior lights.
