I think a farmhouse light with a sort of long neck would look very nice. They can easily go over each door. I would go with either a rusty copper look or black. These below are just to show what I mean.

I like the concept of barn lighting for the home. You have to make sure the fixtures are large enough for the elevation.

That's what I was going to suggest too. Depends a bit on your style, as there are probably other solutions, but this one seems both current and classic. I like the grey metal versions best.
