Yikes, yes, I see what you mean, they do look awfully small. Have you checked with your counter installer? Are they able to make the openings bigger on site? Then you can just install a bigger under mount sinks?

I agree with your instincts that an over mount will not look good at all.

Leave it alone. Or suffer the expense of removing top, new sinks, recut for under mounting off site, and delivery back with install. Do not get a drop -in, as it is UNLIKELY you will find one that perfectly widens your visual and doesn't require a new cut anyway. Leave well enough alone and enjoy the extra inches of counter top space.........

do you really need a bigger one?? If done is done.. to change it it will be hell of a hassle. Doesn't look that bad, could be bigger but.. just enjoy the bathroom :)

How large does a bathroom sink need to be? I think they are perfectly sufficient to do the job they need to do. If you increase sink size you lose counter top size. I would prefer the counter space.

Really you brush your teeth and wash your hands I would keep more counter .

You asked for opinions and boy did you get them! Bottom line is what bothers you or not.

I am particularly disturbed by how the sinks look very little in comparison to the cabinets below - the scale is all wrong.

Back to square one: only you can decide if it is worth the aggravation and expense of a do over - heartfelt good luck!

from what I can see from the photo - the faucet holes will have to be re-drilled much closer to the wall in order to insert bigger sinks.
