I'm building a home and having stained concrete throughout except for bedrooms. I would still like to know what color this is because this would like really nice with our coe scheme.

Looks like natural concrete with a sealer and wax application on top. I will post a picture of a basement we recently finished. This is what contractor's concrete looks like, with a simple sealer and wax application on top.

It is polished concrete!

To me it appears to be very slightly acid stained concrete or possibly stined then acid washed to remove some of the color, then sealed Or it could be an old floor lightly polished thereby leaving some of the old stain and wear
