Can you actually describe what is the exact problem with your new house?

Can't they redo, level ground (sloped area) and put a step up from driveway? Might be better than this slope.

Looks like they assumed that someone needed a flat surface, rather than a step. It also looks awfully small. Not sure how someone would maneuver a stroller or wheelchair. This looks like new construction? If so, the builder should fix - regrade with a step. Unless you want a ramp.

So I'm trying to figure out how to delete the post but there was not a solution other than taking out all of the concrete and starting over...and I wasn't going to pay for that LoL
To answer some of the questions:
1- there was supposed to be a step there. We sketched it up during the concrete walk.
2 - the walking surface is very uneven and yes a stroller and wheel chair is a no go. I made them put in a handrail.

Check your contract to see if you can get them to come out and fix it to be the way your requested. If that doesn't work, perhaps you can enlarge the walkway by adding a brick edging to it. Low evergreen plantings in there will help disguise the awkward angle of the walkway.
