I have started painting my family room. Three walls are agreeable gray with cream ceiling, and white trim. The fourth wall has fireplace/mantel, with two built-in bookcases. I need help figuring out what color to use for the fourth wall. I feel that the other 3 walls and white trim are too light and using white for the fourth wall will look too pale/washed out. Any thoughts/ suggestions appreciated.
