My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How many square feet is this property? Is there an example of the floor plan to view?

    This home is 2,500
    square feet between the main and upper levels, plus a partially finished
    basement. Regarding floor plans, unfortunately, we do not share or
    publish our floor plans as all of our homes are custom designed and built,
    consequently the plans are copyrighted only for the owners use. Our architects
    may reference a particular design for a home, but all our work is a
    collaborative effort between architect and client.
