Take a look at our before and proposed kitchen floorplans and if those experienced with such a revised layout could advise pros and cons,
suggestions, etc it would be appreciated. Am focusing on
appliance/island layout more than finishes etc right now. Is the fridge too far away from the cooktop? is the island shape optimal? or too obtrusive to the work triangle?

Note that is a new butler pantry leading to the dining room on the bottom left (where old stove/oven used to be)
