My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This looks like a knockoff of an Eames lounge chair and ottoman.
Which surprises me that Houzz would sell such pieces.
Knockoffs steal income from designers and damage the integrity of future designers. Save your $ and purchase the real thing. It is art you can be proud to pass on to future generations.

    For the snobs on this site all new Eames chairs are replicas. The decision to buy the Herman Miller version or someone else's is about personal choice and budget. I'm glad that Houzz offers a range of options. I could easily go to DWR and get the HM version buts it's nice to have the ability to review options before making such a decision.

    If staying away from "made in China", buying locally, supporting small businesses and up and coming or accomplished artists and designers makes me a snob, proud to be one!
