I don't have a specific recommendation, but that is really strange. I was recently looking for a bathroom counter remnant and visited 4 fabricators who all had tons of remnants and were happy to have me look through them. When they fabricate for almost any kitchen job they have leftovers. I had no trouble finding a 24" X 80" remnant for my bath. What are these guys telling you?

I couldn't find one either. Well, I could if I wasn't picky about what went in my bathroom. You may need to wait a few months for spring remodeling to swing into high gear. I'm in a high-tech area too and my fabricator gets busy when the bonus checks go out, which is right about now.
