Final home construction timeline?

Our home is nearing completion... this is the list of things to be done.

Install appliances/toilets (they're on site, just need to be installed)

Light fixtures/electric plates/plumbing fixtures

Install doors

Carpet

Closet shelving

Driveway, steps, and other flatwork

Sod

Landscaping

Is three weeks realistic for this list?

I think it is possible, are all the contractors lined up and ready to go? Will the weather be cooperating where you live?

contractors are all lined up and ready to go... the weather has been a little challenging. We've only been able to get 4 dry days in a row for the last month or so... heavy rain on Wednesday this week then dry... :(

That's about what we had left at 3 weeks out. We ended up closing without the landscaping since it wouldn't quit raining long enough to dry out. They finally did the landscaping a little over a week after closing but it was still muddy.
