My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vine to compete with Ivy (Berkeley)

10 years ago

My neighbor has ivy on a fence between our properties. I have cut back on my side (sunny) and would like to plant something else (preferably bird friendly) that can compete. Happy to water until established, but then minimal supplemental water. Zone 10a (Sunset 17)
