As I noted above, it was available in Chicago at Walter E Smithe - we actually ordered it with chairs similar to above. If you click the link above, though, it is no longer available there. In fact they only have a buffet table that's on clearance (https://www.smithe.com/Clearance-TOWNSEND-BUFFET/WES372ST-CLR-P39/ItemInformation.aspx). The maker is Townsend - a google search turned up only this one item that looks somewhat similar but the legs are much more pronounced. http://www.zgallerie.com/p-16775-townsend-dining-table.aspx

Also, that model from ZGallerie doesn't have the non-uniform "natural" edges to the table like one we got but it is still a gorgeous design and a statement piece.
