I've attached a rough sketch of the rooms with the dimensions, the "w" represents a window. The main entrance to the home opens into a long narrow living room. Furniture placement has always been tricky due to the narrowness of the area and the pathway to the back of the house. The kitchen is shown at the back of the house and includes two areas; one area is currently used as a "very" small TV viewing area. The other small area houses a kitchen table. We don't have the need for a formal dining room table area. The fridge currently sticks out in the kitchen and is bothersome where it is situated. I would like to remove the cabinets, appliances, tiles and start fresh. Any ideas would be so helpful!

To accomplish your goal will probably mean structural changes and load bearing walls. Not every dilemma can be answered online. I urge you to get a kitchen designer and reputable contractor at the very least, and local to you.

I agree with Jan but get a counter depth fridge when shopping and part of the problem I see in the LR is your furnitue is too big for the space.
