    The house color is Sherwin Williams SW 6256 called Serious Gray. The chip is much darker than what the house looks like, but you have to take into account that it gets full-on sun on the front of the house a good part of the day, making it look much lighter in this picture. The sides and back of the house are more representative. Thanks for your question!
